MBA Program

M.S. in Medical Biology
The Medical Biology Program offers graduate students a comprehensive education in the basic medical sciences leading to the Master of Science degree. If you are a student holding a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and wish to further your education in the medical sciences in order to contribute to research interests or to the improvement of the quality of life or health care, then this program is for you.
The M.S. in Environmental Studies
The M.S. in Environmental Studies prepares you for a career as a scientist, administrator, teacher or planner and integrates the subject matter and characteristic methods of many academic areas, including: biology, chemistry, management engineering, geology, conservation, environmental law, economics, management, philosophy, and public administration.
M.S in Information Systems
Information Systems can best be described as the integration of computer hardware and software, the storage and distribution of data, and the human and technical resources to meet the information needs of the organization.
The Information Systems program focuses on this integration of technology, people and strategy. It is designed to provide our students with the knowledge and skills to develop and manage sophisticated information systems, as well as managing the people and processes involved in systems development.
M.P.A. in Public Administration
The M.P.A. in Public Administration prepares you for a wide range of careers in public sector management, law, and the administration of non-profit organizations. It also provides opportunities for those already employed in public service to improve their administrative skills, pursue a specific area of interest and prepare for increasing levels of responsibility and management.
M.F.A. in Fine Arts and Design
If art is your passion, you can choose from either the M.F.A. in Fine Arts and Design or the M.A. in Art. Both programs focus on studio art, new avenues of creative expression and an understanding of theories and practices of contemporary work. Emphasis is placed on your artistic growth and the substance of your concepts, knowledge and use of materials, and quality of craftsmanship.

The C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University is in Brookville New York, on the north shore of Long Island. The campus is set in the idyllic neighborhood known as the "Gold Coast," an historic suburban community that has been the subject of popular novels and major motion pictures. The campus is just 50 minutes away from the excitement of New York City.
The campus is considered one of the most beautiful in the country. It is shaped by modern buildings and historic mansions, including the former homes of Post Cereal Company heiress Marjorie Merriweather Post and financial wizard E.F. Hutton. The campus is an arboretum featuring 4,000 trees, magnificent formal gardens, sprawling green lawns, and nature trails.
